No — we offer repairs on most brands and styles of hats. Whether it's a Fortin original, a Stetson, or a treasured vintage piece, we’re happy to assess and restore it with care.

How long does it take to repair a hat?
Turnaround is typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the work and availability of materials.

Can you replace the inner band in an Akubra?
Yes — I’m an authorised Akubra repairer and offer authentic Akubra sweatband replacements.

What if the hat is too worn out to repair?
Some materials may be too fragile or perished. If I discover anything during assessment, I’ll contact you before doing any work and offer solutions.

Do you guarantee stain removal or reshaping?
I do my absolute best, but complete stain removal or reshaping success isn't always possible, especially with vintage felts. I’ll give you an honest assessment before proceeding.

Do you offer rush custom hats and repairs?
